Impossible Pie a.k.a Crustless Egg Custard
Back in the early 70’s Bisquick put a recipe on the back of their boxes called IMPOSSIBLE BUTTERMILK PIE, and it quickly became a favorite!
Impossible Pie was a hit, because it was impossibly easy, impossible to mess it up and impossible to hate! The magic of this recipe is the “impossible” way it creates its own crust.
This recipe is an impossible type custard pie, but uses self rising flour instead of bisquick.
