TALK ABOUT YOUR CHILDHOOD HOME
This month think back to when you were a child and the home you grew up in. Was it a house? An apartment?
Did you live in the city, or in the country? Did you stay in one house your entire childhood, or did you move around ?
questions to consider
- Describe the exterior of the house. Did you have a large or small yard?
- Do you remember the paint colors or wallpapers? Do you remember the layout of the house?
- Where was your home located?
- Did you Have many neighbors?
- What kind of house did you live in? Was it an apartment in the big city or a house in the suburbs? Did you grow up on a farm out in the country?
- Did you have your own room or have to share with a sibling or two?
- What did you like the most about your childhood home?
- What are some memories you have of your home?
